Dismissal form must be completed for all students. If you have not done so yet, please complete this form.
If your child is riding the bus, they must be registered using this form. If it was not completed by 8/6, there is not a guarantee that they will be on the bus route the first 3 days of school. Waiver (link here) needs to be turned in for students to get off at their bus stop without a parent present.
The first day of school is August 13th & all students may be walked to their classrooms on the 1st day of school ONLY. PreK & Kinder may be walked in on the 1st & 2nd day. Quick goodbyes are usually easier for all & parking is limited, so it's encouraged that students walk in independently. Doors will open at 7:27am, but will open earlier the first week of school. PreK will enter the side entry doors and Kinder-4th grade will enter the front doors. Buses, daycare, SLC students will be dropped off in the back of the building.
Doors open at 7:27. Please do not drop students off earlier. Staff are not on duty until 7:27 for parent drop off. Other campuses may open their doors earlier than Liberty to accommodate eating breakfast before school begins. Since our students eat breakfast in the classroom, we choose to open the doors slightly later.
Health Related Services Form. All parents must complete.
We will start counting students tardy at 7:46, beginning the 2nd week of school, August 18th. Grace may be given on rainy days & until all our drive routes are understood well and running smoothly. It takes time for everyone to adjust to change, so please be kind and patient with everyone. If no staff are still outside when you arrive to your drop off location, you must walk your child inside the building through the main entrance.
Breakfast is served in the classroom everyday (for free) for any student who wants it between 7:30-7:55am. Students may also bring their own breakfast inside to eat in the classroom.
The campus will be closed to lunch visitors the first few weeks of school to give students time to adjust to school, interact with peers/teachers, and learn campus routines. Lunch visitors will be allowed starting in September and may bring food for their child only. Parents must sit at the parent tables and other students are not permitted to join.
Attendance is important & we need your students at school if they are well. Appointments are encouraged to be scheduled on school holidays or in the afternoons as late as possible. Please bring a doctor's note for all sick absences & appointments. State law says that students must be at school 90% of the time in order to be promoted to the next grade. We can give grace and 'excuse' absences for legitimate reasons, but it is still the expectation that all kids are present at school for at least 90% of the scheduled school days. Truancy processes will begin when students attendance rate drops below 90%.
To help dismissal run smoothly, early releases won't be permitted after 2:45pm.
PTO... All families are highly encouraged to join our Parent Teacher Organization and/or sign up to volunteer. There are a variety of ways to support our students! Grade Level Orientations will be the second week of school. Parents will be given more detailed information about our campus and grade level specific expectations and procedures. Bring any questions you may have!

Students must follow district and campus behavior expectations. We will exercise frequent & ongoing communication about student behavior - positive and negative.

Have a question, comment, or concern regarding your child? The first point of contact should be your child's teacher, in most situations. If you need support after that, don't hesitate to reach out to campus administration or the counselor.
K-4: Two Lanes to enter. Follow the driveway indicated on the map to the front U. Cars merge from 2 lanes into 1, alternating every other car. Keep both lanes as even as possible when lining up. Staff will open car doors in the loading/unloading zone indicated on the map.
PreK: Side of building & in 1st lane closest to the school. Staff will open car doors in the loading/unloading zone indicated on the map. All PreK cars exit out the back driveway.
Parents, please stay in your vehicles & pull all the way up until staff on duty signal to stop. If you are being 'waved' forward, continue pulling forward. Please do not park in the drop off/pickup lines. All students must enter and exit vehicles from the passenger side. To help with the flow of traffic, students must be ready to exit the vehicle immediately after the vehicle has pulled all the way up and stopped. If your child is not ready to exit, you will be asked to pull forward and get back into the back of the line.
Busses/daycare busses will drive to the back of the building. Prek cars will yield to busses turning right to the back of the building.
Please keep cell phones put away and pay close attention to the location that you will drop off and pick-up.
NO CAR TAG at pickup? We must see your driver's license to verify that you may pickup the student. You will be asked to park and come inside if you do not have a car tag.
